When you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile information you choose to provide (such as your name). When you use the Service, we store trade data, journal entries, checklist configurations, and uploaded images that you explicitly submit.

We use your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service for you. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or trade data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled on all tables. This means your trade and journal data is completely isolated — no other user (including other traders on the platform) can access it. Only you and authorized admins can view your data.
4. Uploaded Images
Trade screenshots and other images you upload are stored securely in cloud storage. They are accessible only via authenticated, user-scoped URLs and are not publicly indexed or shared.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use minimal cookies required for authentication session management. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the platform is used in aggregate — no personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, export, or delete your data at any time. To request a full data export or account deletion, contact us at support@traderjournaling.com.
7. Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for database and authentication, and Vercel for hosting. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal data with them beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the Service.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
