2. Description of Service
Trader Journaling provides a web-based platform for traders to log trades, track performance, manage pre-trade checklists, and analyze trading data. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and organizational purposes only.
3. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other form of professional advice. Trader Journaling is a journaling and analytics tool only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and results.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service, including trade entries, journal notes, and uploaded images. By submitting content, you grant Trader Journaling a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineer the platform, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trader Journaling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
