Billing Terms

These billing terms govern your subscription and payments for Tradeloggy, a trading journal and analytics SaaS platform. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscriptions

Tradeloggy offers subscription plans billed monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Pricing is clearly displayed on the pricing page before you complete your purchase.

2. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will not receive a separate notice before each automatic renewal.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method based on your selected plan and billing cycle.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Price Changes

Tradeloggy reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. You will be notified in advance before any pricing changes take effect on your subscription, giving you the opportunity to cancel if you do not agree to the new pricing.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access to premium features may be suspended until the outstanding payment is successfully completed. We may retry the charge on your payment method automatically.

7. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be added to your subscription price depending on your location and local tax regulations. The final amount including any applicable taxes will be displayed before checkout.
