Tradeloggy is a subscription-based trading journal and analytics platform. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
- —Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- —Refunds are only applicable to first-time purchases on a plan.
- —Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:

- —Failure to use the product after subscribing
- —Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
